For the client in the knowledge that the candidate is receiving a top rate of pay and is therefore more likely to be more committed, produce higher quality work and feel more valued. This we believe will encourage the candidate to produce their best work.

The candidate will be motivated under the knowledge that the rate being paid for their skills is mostly going to them with only a small agency fee. This means we are able to source the best candidates and be confident that they are producing their best work.

What's the Catch…

There is none. Given that we our accountants and cost reduction specialists we are able to keep our costs to a minimum. Further we pass these savings on to the client and candidate charging fine enough margins to make a tangible different to our clients and candidates but sufficient enough to keep us in business!
